To his role as President of BW Papersystems, Neal McConnellogue brings strategic vision, process-improvement skills and significant business-development experience, which have supported the company’s evolution into a global leader known for its exceptional people, outstanding products and service, and enduring value in the marketplace.
With customers in more than 120 countries around the world, BW Papersystems unites 13 brands that provide leading technology for the corrugating and finishing, sheeting and packaging, folding carton and paperboard, and stationery and security-documents industries. Today, BW Papersystems has more than 2,100 team members and 21 locations in 12 countries.
Neal joined the Barry-Wehmiller organization in 1996 as Director of Aftermarket for Jetstream, one of its Packaging companies. As the Packaging side of the business grew, Neal’s leadership responsibilities also expanded as he served first as Director, then VP, of Sales, before being promoted to Executive VP. In 2013 he was named President of BW Container Systems (now called BW Integrated Systems). Prior to joining Barry-Wehmiller, Neal served in leadership roles for Conal, his family’s business.
